GROUP RUN ACTIVITIES
There is a small charge per person per camp for these activities. Most of the activities are designed for groups of 15 and should take approximately 1 and a 1/2 hours. We provide you with all the equipment you need, leaders notes and risk assessments. Any damaged or missing equipment will be charged to the client.
ARCHERY
Equipment Provided: Two targets, 4 bows, 12 arrows, arm guards
See if you can hit the bulls eye?
BONFIRE
Bring your own marshmallows to toast and enjoy an evening around the fire (permission and weather dependant. Extra charge).
BUSH WALKS
Enjoy walking around the 84 acre property or through the valley spotting nature's treasures along the way.
CATAPULTS
Equipment to build and fire four catapults. A fun activity that involves building with wood and lashings and then firing tennis balls across the oval or wet sponges at each other.
COMMANDO COURSE
Seventeen obstacles to navigate your way around as a group or individually by going over, under, along or through using your upper, lower, and core body strength to help you succeed.
LOW ROPES
Currently eight challenges, starting easy and getting harder, all through a bush setting.
ORIENTEERING
Try your skill at map reading. Beginners to Advanced Courses available or make your own.
PHOTO HUNT
How good are your observation skills? Look at the pictures, find them in real life and record where they are on the map. See if you can find all 18 pictures.
TEAM INITIATIVES
Eight challenges in a bush setting that will get teams working together and co-operating.
INSTRUCTOR RUN ACTIVITIES
Please consult with management with regards to the prices for these activities. Once you have returned the Activity Booking Form we will provide you with the Risk Assessments. Any damaged or missing equipment will be charged to the client. Please note our instructors are not available on Saturdays.
ABSEILING
Try the challenge of going over and down the 11 metre sandstone cliff.
FLYING FOX
160 metres long, an exhilarating ride from the top of the tower down the hill and across the dam. 20 kg to 120 kg weight limit. Group must provide an adult to help with the activity through all group rotations.
KAYAKING
Equipment provided: 16 kayaks, paddles, helmets and lifejackets.
These can be hired by a group with their own instructor if requested and also used off site if required.
CRATE STACK (INDOORS)
It involves wearing a harness and climbing as high as you can using milk crates.
CLIMBING WALL
Get harnessed up and ready to climb. See if you can get to the top of the wall.
WET WEATHER ACTIVITIES
It always pays to have some activities up your sleeve in case the weather prevents some of the out-door activities from running. We recommend that Group Leaders have backup programs ready for these times.
TEAM CHALLENGES
We provide equipment for 11 different activities that can be done on a rotation basis. Select the ones that best suit your group and have some fun. All of the activities involve teamwork.
INDOOR GAMES/CRAFTS OR GROUP PROJECTS
We have equipment for Basketball, Volleyball, Indoor Soccer, Badminton, Indoor Hockey, Darts (safe version). Bring some ideas with you that will be good for your students or group.
